# Map of features and sources

## Product

- **Market:** a public Chrome Web Store catalog, no account needed; search by words and by meaning, competitors, history of audience, rating and listing. Market helps research an idea, but its public data is not analytics of your own extension.
- **Listing:** a draft before publication, name, descriptions, images, target keywords and an audit of the Chrome Web Store listing.
- **Hosted pages:** the home page, welcome, the uninstall survey, Rate Us with a separate form after a star is chosen, the privacy policy. Default links are on extpage.app; your own domain or a subdomain is available in the settings. Indexing depends on the address and publishing settings.
- **Events and analytics:** installs, uninstalls, reinstalls, uninstall reasons, feedback, countries and a comparison with public store data. The panel shows a portfolio of several projects.
- **Feedback CRM (Indie, Studio, Fleet; a trial does not unlock it):** widget messages from identified users grouped into people (verified and not verified apart, anonymous messages stay in the feed), a person's timeline with Open/Resolved and a private note, replies from the panel and "Reply from mail", the Requests section of the web app across all projects, the conversation in the widget for verified people, the customer card, and conversations kept with no time limit. Deleting a person works on any plan.
- **Customer card (part of the feedback CRM):** next to a verified person's conversation the panel shows a card that the owner's own HTTPS endpoint returns on a signed request: plan, payments, product counters, links to the owner's admin, copy and prompt actions. Set up in the project's Setup, "Feedback widget" section, "Customer card" subsection: address, secret (`ccs_…`, server-only), Test; the Feedback tab only shows the card. We do not store the card; there is no card for people who are not verified.
- **Banners and the verified author mark:** every listed extension and plugin has a banner anyone can embed with no account ("Listed on Ext Ops Panel"); the verified author mark needs an account, on every plan including Free. The author of a Chrome extension proves control through the domain of the website in the store listing (DNS TXT or a well-known file), a domain already verified for a web service, or a one-time line in the listing description; the maintainer of an AI plugin proves it through a repository file, a well-known file, DNS TXT or a verified domain. One switch per product, "Publish me as the author", turns on the "Verified author on Ext Ops Panel" mark on the public card and on its banners. Banners: four styles, five formats, light, dark, brand and auto themes, SVG and PNG, with live public facts from the catalog and a link to the product's card. Snippets and statistics are in the project's Banner section.
- **Add-ons:** an embeddable feedback widget, in-app notifications, Web Push/Telegram, custom metrics, active URL checks and push heartbeat. Availability depends on the plan and configuration.

## Exact contracts

| Task | Guide | OpenAPI / code |

| Basic connection | https://extops.dev/docs | In the panel: Setup → Connection check |
| Custom metrics: the panel calls GET on your service | https://extops.dev/docs/custom-metrics | https://extops.dev/custom-metrics-openapi.yaml |
| Monitoring of a Chrome extension registration: your agent sends a report | https://extops.dev/docs/monitoring | https://extops.dev/monitoring-openapi.yaml; `/api/v1/monitoring/report` |
| Monitoring of a web project environment | The current project settings in the app | `/api/v1/heartbeat/report`; in the repository: `services/api/internal/handler/heartbeat.go` and `services/api/internal/heartbeat/service.go` |
| Feedback widget and direct API | https://extops.dev/docs/feedback | https://extops.dev/feedback-openapi.yaml |
| Customer card: our server POSTs a signed request to your endpoint | https://extops.dev/docs/customer-card | https://extops.dev/customer-card-openapi.yaml (the endpoint is under `webhooks`) |
| Ext Ops Panel banner (and the verified author mark) on a site or in a README | https://extops.dev/docs/author-banners | Public image addresses `/extensions/<id>/banner/<style>/<format>-<theme>.<svg\|png>` and `/plugins/<family>/<key>/banner/…`; in the repository: `services/api/internal/authorbanner`, `services/api/internal/handler/authorbanner.go`, `packages/domain/src/authorBanner.ts` |

When working in the Ext Ops Panel repository, also check `apps/product-web/src/features/SetupEditor.tsx`, `services/api/cmd/server/main.go` and the matching handlers; for the customer card, `docs/customer-card-contract.md`, `services/api/internal/customercard` and `packages/ui-dashboard/src/feedback/CustomerCardSettings.tsx`. Public OpenAPI files describe the contracts but do not replace checking the current account configuration.
