Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 20 July 2026

Ext Ops Panel is in active beta. These Terms cover the capabilities available now. Paid plans and native mobile applications are planned but are not sold under these Terms until a purchase flow and any additional terms are presented.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Ext Ops Panel at extops.dev, Product Web and its PWA, the Chrome extension, APIs, and hosted lifecycle pages. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service does

The service helps Chrome extension developers collect and view install, uninstall, reinstall and feedback events; configure hosted welcome and uninstall pages; view public Chrome Web Store information; connect custom metrics; monitor endpoints and heartbeat reports; and receive in-app, Web Push or Telegram notifications. Exact availability and limits depend on the active plan, identity state and feature flags.

3. Accounts and device identity

You may start with an anonymous cryptographic device identity. Some features require an account linked through Google or Apple. You are responsible for securing your device, provider account and any integration credentials, and for activity performed through them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Removing local browser data can make an anonymous device identity unrecoverable. Linking an account allows supported devices to access the same account data, but does not replace your responsibility for backups or source records you control.

4. Extensions you add

You may watch public Chrome Web Store data for a listed extension. To enable private lifecycle ingestion, hosted pages, feedback, monitoring, integrations or owner settings, you must own the extension or have the owner's authorisation. You must not represent yourself as the owner of another party's extension.

5. Hosted pages, feedback and notices

If you configure a welcome or uninstall page, you control its copy, questions, links, reasons and win-back actions. You are responsible for making the page accurate, lawful and appropriate for your users, and for providing any notice and legal basis required for lifecycle events and feedback. Do not request secrets, special-category data or other sensitive information that is not necessary.

You remain responsible for responding to your users and honouring applicable access or deletion requests. Ext Ops Panel will provide reasonable assistance for data held by the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Integrations and third-party services

Google, Apple, Chrome Web Store, Telegram, browser push services and endpoints you connect are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. You authorise us to exchange the minimum data needed for the integration you enable. We are not responsible for a third party's availability, policy changes or actions.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

8. Your content and licence to operate

You retain rights in the configuration, copy, feedback and data you submit or connect. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

9. Service plans and future payments

The service is currently offered in beta without an active checkout. Limits may differ between anonymous, Free, trial and future paid plans. Before charging you, we will show the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, applicable taxes, payment provider and any refund policy. Enabling a future paid plan will require your explicit action; this page alone does not create a payment obligation.

10. Beta, monitoring and availability

The service and manual Chrome build may contain defects and may change. Metrics, Chrome Web Store data, pings, heartbeats, anomaly detection and notifications are operational aids, not guaranteed audit, accounting, emergency or safety systems. Delays, missed events and third-party outages can occur. Keep the source records and monitoring appropriate for your own risk level.

We may modify, limit or discontinue capabilities, provide maintenance, or suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service integrity. When practical, we will give notice of material changes.

11. Intellectual property

Ext Ops Panel, its software, visual system, documentation and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as provided; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its marks.

12. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and request account deletion. Self-service account deletion is planned; until then, contact us. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security threat, unlawful use or prolonged operational necessity. Data is deleted or retained according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact third-party data, delivery of every notification or recovery of an anonymous identity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ext Ops Panel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or decisions made from delayed or incomplete metrics. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms as the product and applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and give additional notice when a change materially affects existing users. Changes apply prospectively. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Applicable mandatory law and forum rules remain unaffected.
