Данные PyPI взяты с pypi.org, загрузки PyPI с pypistats.org. Каждое число принадлежит своему реестру и никогда не складывается с другим. Реестр, который не публикует число, ничего не показывает: нет числа не значит ноль. Записи об уязвимостях взяты из OSV.dev (CC BY 4.0) и относятся только к объявленной версии; листинг без объявленной версии ответа не получает. Код мы не сканируем.
