agent-trace-triage vs SonarQube MCP Server
agent-trace-triage is a plugin bundle for AI coding tools published by WasayAbid. Marketplaces we read that list it: 1 (Claude Code: claude-plugins-community). SonarQube MCP Server is an MCP server published by SonarSource. Marketplaces we read that list it: 2 (Official MCP Registry, Docker MCP Catalog). As of our marketplace pass on 2026-11-08. This pair was picked by a reader, not by our comparison rule, so search engines are asked not to index the page.

Lines where the two differ have a tinted background and bold values. Where the data itself says which value is better (more marketplaces, a larger figure of the same marketplace, a fresher release, a verified mark on a marketplace that lists both), the better one is also marked green with ▲ and the worse one red with ▼. Where it runs, the transport, the tools, the settings, hooks, the bundle's parts, the licence and the week's changes are marked only as different: more or fewer is not better in itself.
What each says it does
agent-trace-triage
Agent Trace Triage is a Claude Code plugin for developers building agentic AI systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom tool loops, MCP agents). When an agent run fails, stuck in a loop, wrong tool, or burning tokens. the user runs /agent-trace-triage with a JSON/JSONL trace file. The plugin: • Parses traces (JSONL, OpenAI tool_calls, partial LangSmith/OTEL-style exports) • Detects loops deterministically (identical repeat, ping-pong, retry-without-progress) via bundled Node scripts • Classifies failures into five buckets: tool selection, arguments, execution, orchestration, recovery policy • Writes a markdown triage report with targeted fix recommendations • Scaffolds regression tests (pytest / vitest templates) No MCP servers, no external API calls, no npm dependencies. Requires Node.js 18+ for local scripts only. MIT licensed.
